The $99 fee covers annual network participation. Client notarial services, travel, and other agreed charges are quoted separately. Membership does not guarantee clients, paid work, commission approval, or legal qualifications. Live enrollment and membership billing are not open yet.

Complete CILAN’s review

Staff reviews your commission and listing. Paying for membership does not replace verification. Your public profile appears only with your consent.

Understand the specific document requirement, communicate directly with the signer, and give a clear itemized quote before the client accepts.

Search by a listed city or ZIP code and the language the signer needs. Clients choose verified Partner members through their private portal; CILAN staff can select verified members from either plan.

Understand the professional’s role.

Notary Public services are separate from legal representation. A notary commission does not authorize immigration legal advice or choosing immigration forms. Request notarization only when the selected document’s instructions or the case attorney confirm it is required. Membership does not verify a commission or guarantee clients.

For nonattorney Notary Public listings: “I am not an attorney and, therefore, cannot give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matters.”

California service fees must follow the current statutory schedule, including applicable fee limits and exemptions. Your quote must identify notarial, travel, and other charges separately.

For California notarization, choose a notary who can communicate directly with the signer. Interpretation for a CILAN or attorney interview is a separate service. A Zoom verification interview does not replace the in-person appearance needed for a California notarial act.

Partner members browse clients’ shared notary needs and contact them through internal service threads. Immigration histories, attorney files, identity uploads, and unrelated client profiles are not a marketing directory.
