This website belongs to California Immigration Legal Access Network (CILAN), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. CILAN is developing its services, its assistance program, and its platform. Payment processing is not open. The separate interactive preview uses fictional data and does not accept real case applications.
Information and assistance requests
Website information and educational materials are general information. Creating an account, requesting help, making a contribution, or reading the book does not establish a representative-client relationship, confirm eligibility for immigration relief, or guarantee funding or an outcome. Any legal engagement requires a separate agreement with an appropriately authorized provider.
Recognition and accreditation
CILAN is pursuing the path toward U.S. Department of Justice organizational recognition, and its founder intends to pursue individual accreditation. This website does not state that either approval has been granted. Services will be offered only within the authority of the people and organization providing them.
Your account and submissions
Use accurate information for private applications, protect your password, and use a public display name you are comfortable sharing. Only submit material you have permission to use. Never submit another person’s confidential documents as a public campaign story.
Funding and contribution terms
Fundraising is being prepared. Before payment processing opens, CILAN will display the allocation policy, any disclosed organizational share, processing costs, service goals, and the applicable cancellation or refund terms. A campaign preference is subject to CILAN’s review and control of charitable funds. A contribution does not purchase an immigration result.
CILAN’s federal tax-exempt status has not been verified for this website. Do not rely on this preview as a representation that contributions are tax deductible.
The interactive preview
All clients, donors, corporate sponsors, eligibility decisions, transactions, and service milestones in the preview are fictional or simulated. No money moves when you explore a contribution, allocation, or refund. Keep real personal information out of the preview.
