Your expertise. A community’s support. A clearer path.
Bring your practice into a workspace built around legal access. Review opportunities, submit a client’s need, and coordinate the support behind each next step.
Community access is free. Partner workflows are available to explore with fictional cases.
Two ways to participate
Start with community. Grow into partnership.
Submit a matter for preliminary review at no cost. The proposed Partner tier adds representation proposals, client fundraising requests, and a full case-coordination workspace.

The path from interest to engagement
Careful decisions at every step.
01
Review a limited summary
Browse approved opportunities without seeing private intake, case identifiers, or another attorney’s client records.
02
Submit a private proposal
Describe the work and itemize your fees and expenses. CILAN reviews the proposed assistance and scope.
03
Confirm the engagement
The client selects counsel. The attorney confirms conflict checks and the separate engagement agreement.
04
Keep the matter connected
Track authorized matters, reviewed funding needs, milestones, and the source of each private case update.
Official sources. Clear status.
Keep agency updates in context.
The portal identifies where an update came from and when it was recorded. It never treats a funding milestone as an agency decision.
USCIS
API available · not connected
USCIS offers an official Case Status API. CILAN must complete developer setup, sandbox testing, and USCIS approval before connecting real cases. Automatic refresh is not active.
Open the official court-information tools and record an update you have checked. ACIS has limited information; an issued court notice remains the authoritative record. No direct API is connected.
Use ICE’s field-office directory and your authorized case contacts. Record the source and date of confirmed communications in the private case timeline. No automated ICE feed is connected.
Agency activity and CILAN funding activity are separate records. Case updates are private to authorized participants. Opening an official link does not send case identifiers from CILAN.
