Access should begin with possibility.
California Immigration Legal Access Network is a nonprofit initiative built around a simple belief: people deserve a clearer, more accessible path to lawful immigration assistance.
A mission rooted in people.
CILAN is being developed to help underserved individuals and families understand their options, access community education, and connect with ethical immigration support. The long-term vision brings professional guidance, language access, and affordable services together.
Our work begins in California, with a focus on building a sustainable organization supported by donations, grants, and community partnerships. This platform makes requesting support and following funding more understandable as those programs develop.
Founded by Kimm C. King Jr.
As founder and Executive Director, Kimm is building CILAN’s organizational foundation and developing the educational book Pathway to Citizenship: Your Complete Immigration and Life Success Guide.
His goal is to obtain individual DOJ accreditation, with full accreditation sought for representation in immigration court, while CILAN pursues recognition as an organization. Services requiring authorization will be offered only through appropriately authorized professionals.
